Yes — the Weekly Partner Rate has a 20 lb minimum. The Standard Service has a 10 lb minimum. Express has no minimum. If your order is under the minimum, it will be billed at the minimum weight rate.

No hidden fees. Pickup and delivery is ALWAYS included in all plans. You only pay the per-pound rate for your laundry. No setup fees, no monthly subscriptions, no surprise charges. What you see is what you pay.

We collect payment after your laundry is returned and you've confirmed everything looks great. We accept all major credit/debit cards. No cash required.

First-time customers get $5 off their first order. We also offer referral credits — refer a friend who books a service and you both get $5 off your next order.

We offer pickup and delivery Monday through Saturday, 7am to 9pm. Same-week slots are usually available. We do not operate on Sundays.

You can book same-day if there are open time slots — though we recommend booking 24 hours in advance to guarantee your preferred time. For recurring weekly service, we lock in your regular slot.

Yes! Many customers set up weekly or bi-weekly recurring pickups. Just let us know your preferred schedule and we'll lock it in. You can pause or cancel anytime, no fee.

No problem — just call or text us before 8am on your scheduled pickup day. We'll move you to the next available slot at no charge.

We wash everything — everyday clothing, t-shirts, jeans, socks, underwear, pajamas, workout gear, kids' clothes, towels, and bed linens. For delicates (silk, lace, cashmere, dry-clean-preferred items), we offer our Express service at $2.88/lb.

Yes — sheets, pillowcases, duvet covers, and towels are all accepted at our standard rates starting at $1.88/lb. Comforters and heavy blankets are welcome — we handle all bulk items.

We do not accept items that require dry cleaning only, heavily soiled items with hazardous materials (motor oil, chemicals), or items labeled "do not wash." If in doubt, just ask us before booking.

Yes, always. We sort every order by color (lights, darks, colors) before washing to prevent dye transfer.

Absolutely. Just note it when booking. Hypoallergenic/fragrance-free detergent is available for an additional $0.25/lb.

Leave your laundry in bags by your front door (or hand it off in person). Our driver will arrive during your scheduled window, weigh your bags, give you a receipt, and take care of everything from there.

Standard turnaround is 48 hours. Premium/delicate orders may take up to 72 hours. Same-day and next-day options are occasionally available — ask when booking.

We'll send you an SMS when we pick up, when your laundry is being processed, and when your delivery is on its way. No app required.

We currently serve Miami-Dade and Broward County, including Miami, Miami Beach, Coral Gables, Doral, Hialeah, Fort Lauderdale, Pembroke Pines, Miramar, and surrounding areas.

We'll rewash it for free, no questions asked. Our goal is for your laundry to come back better than you expected. If something isn't right, just contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Everything is neatly folded and returned in sealed plastic laundry bags, organized by item type. Hanging items (if requested) can be returned on hangers.

We use professional-grade detergents that are tough on stains but gentle on fabric. Tide Professional and Gain are our defaults. We also offer Seventh Generation (eco/fragrance-free) on request.

We pre-treat common stains at no extra charge. Heavily stained items may not come out 100% — we'll notify you if we spot anything that may not fully lift.
